Durris Aerial System

The following six images were taken in July 2008 and show the mast in DSO transition status with the GRP cylinder containing the original UHF aerial system still in place at the top but with the new twelve-tier circular reserve aerial now installed.


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


The following six images were taken in January 2009 and show the new main UHF aerial installation which has replaced the original GRP-cylinder-contained aerials at the top of the mast.

The small four-tier set of UHF panels just below the circular reserve UHF aerials are the analogue Channel 5 antennas and below them are the FM and DAB aerials.
